What If My Order is Delayed?

If shipping is delayed for any reason, we will send the recipient a card notifying them that something chosen especially for them from Instant Garden will be arriving shortly.

Standard vs. One-of-a-Kind vs. Custom Arrangements

With Standard Arrangements, we have both the flowers and the containers available and can usually reproduce the picture you see on the website. Please remember, our arrangements are made one at a time and some variation  should be expected.
With One-of-a-Kind (or limited editions) Arrangements, the container is usually something we have found in our travels and it is not something we can order. These arrangements will not be something you will ever find in any store.

Custom Arrangements are often done in the client’s own container or are a modification of one of our designs.  In the Washington DC metropolitan area, we are available for consultation for both residential and commercial needs.

How Long Will It Take For My Arrangement To Arrive?

Virtually all our designs are made to order.  If both florals and containers are in stock, your arrangement should be ready in 2 weeks.

How Do You Handle Shipping?

We ship either through UPS or USPS.  Shipping charges are computed on an individual basis, but are typically 10% with a minimum charge of $4.95.

How Do I Care For My Arrangement?

Do not place them in front of Heat/AC vents as this can deposit fine particles of dust/soot etc. on the floral.  Occasional dusting may be needed. This may be done by blowing them off with a hair dryer on the “cool” setting or using the compressed air cans for cleaning off keyboards. The broad leaves of some plants (orchids, for example) can be wiped with a damp cloth. 

Do You Provide Gift Wrapping?

Whenever possible, upon request we will gift wrap your purchase and enclose a card for you.  You need only to provide us with the text for the card.  The size and shape of some arrangements will preclude gift wrapping.  Give us a call.

Do You Provide Gift Certificates?

At a loss for what to give? We will send the recipient a gift certificate for any amount you wish and you can let them choose their Instant Garden purchase.

Can I Return My Item?

If you are unhappy with any of our products, give us a call within 10 days.  If we are unable to satisfy you, return the product to us and, less shipping, we will refund your money.
